Electric full-back/wing Tom Bowen is a product of Aberdare RFC and the Cardiff Pathway, returning to the club ahead of the 2024-25 season.
The Wales Under-18s star spent a year with Bristol Bears, while completing his studies with a full scholarship at Clifton College.
Upon its completion Bowen, the son of former Scarlets fly-half Gareth, returned to the Blue & Blacks.
He is currently a regular with Cardiff RFC, while training full time with the senior squad.
