Seb Davies is a talented utility forward who made his debut for Cardiff Blues during the 2014/15 season when the region defeated Scarlets in November in the LV=Cup.
Cardiff-born Davies – who has also featured in the Premiership Rugby 7s Series – was a try scorer as Blues stunned Wasps in the same competition later that season and his progress was rewarded when he was handed a senior contract at the end of the campaign.
Davies was named in the Wales squad to take part in the Junior World Championships in Italy in June 2015 as the team finished in fifth place.
Having made 13 appearances during the 2016/17 season, Davies was rewarded with a surprise call-up to the Wales squad that would take on Tonga and Samoa in the summer, making his debut against the former.
Davies became a key component of the Cardiff Blues side in 2017/18, and perhaps his highlight contribution was setting up Gareth Anscombe for his side’s only try in the Challenge Cup semi-final victory over Pau.
In 2022, he reached his latest milestone – marking 100 club appearances in the Blue and Black jersey – while he also remained in and around the Wales squad.
