Jacob Beetham is a product of Brecon RFC and Ysgol Uwchradd Llanfair- ym-Muallt, who came right through the Cardiff pathway.
The full-back, who can also slot into the centre, made the move to Cardiff and Vale College for sixth-form, which accelerated his through Cardiff Under-18s.
Beetham represented Wales Under-20s and made his first team debut at the Arms Park in the Heineken Champions Cup clash against Toulouse in December 2021.
He has gone on to make 16 first team appearances for the club and signed a new deal in February 2024. Beetham was named in the Wales summer squad later that year and made his international debut off the bench against world champions South Africa.
