Callum Sheedy returned to Cardiff, and to Wales, ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Having undertaken his school years at Corpus Christi High School and Millfield School, Sheedy was always a part of the Cardiff Rugby pathway during his formative years.
Sheedy joined the Bristol Bears ahead of the 2014/15 season and scored 22-points in the Greene King IPA Championship Playoff Final to secure promotion for the Bears.
The Fly-half had the chance to play for Ireland, through his parents, England through his residency and was, of course, born in Wales. Having represented Wales and Ireland at age-grade level Sheedy opted to play for his homeland and has so far made 16 appearances and scored 73 points in the red shirt of Wales.
A decade after signing for Bristol, Sheedy departed as a leader, having mentored multiple young talents. The half-back made over 160 appearances for Bristol, scoring an impressive 1,165 points in that time.
