Ten up and coming Cardiff Rugby stars will be on display tomorrow when Wales Under-20s take on a Welsh Academies XV.

Harri Wilde, Steff Emanuel and Elijah Evans all start for Wales Under-20s with Sion Davies and Osian Darwin-Lewis named among the replacements.

Meanwhile, Evan Rees, Lucas de la Rua and Fraser Jones are named in the Under-23 academies side, with Joe Cowell and Kodi Stone on the bench. 

A further 13 players from across the two teams have progressed through the Cardiff pathway and will return to the Arms Park. 

The fixture kicks-off at 7:30pm with tickets available on the gate for £5 and Under-16s free.
