Megan Webb will make her Women’s Six Nations debut as Wales welcome France to Cardiff Arms Park on Sunday.
The game will kick-off a fantastic day of rugby at the Welsh capital, with Cardiff Blues set to take on Benetton Rugby later in the afternoon.
Chris Horsman’s side will look to get their campaign back on track against the six-times winners following defeats to Italy and Ireland in the opening rounds.
The head coach has made a total of five changes, which includes Webb, who slots into the midfield alongside the experienced Kerin Lake.
The centre is joined in the match day 23 by four of her regional team-mates.
Robyn Wilkins retains the number 10 jersey, while Cerys Hale and Georgia Evans are both named in the pack.
Manon Johnes is named on the bench, after starting in Dublin, while Kelsey Jones, who plays for Ospreys but is the Disability and Inclusion Officer with the Cardiff Blues Community Foundation, is handed the number two jersey.
Tickets are available for the encounter, but does not include entry into the Cardiff Blues fixture, which kicks off at 5.15pm.
