Tickets are still available at £75 + VAT per person. The evening will be hosted by Scrum V's Phil Steel and will feature many current and former regional and international players.
Cardiff Blues players Casey Laulala and Sam Warburton have both been shortlisted for the Welsh Rugby Players' Association Player of the Season and will be joined by Aled Brew and Dan Lydiate who are all competing for the prestigious award.
