Brad Thyer has joined Glasgow Warriors on a short-term loan with immediate effect ahead of the United Rugby Championship kick-off.

The loose-head prop, who featured against Harlequins last weekend, has made 87 first team appearances since making his debut during the 2014-15 season.

However, he will now link-up with former head coach Danny Wilson who has been hit by a number of front-row injuries in Glasgow.
