Tom Shanklin and Dan Baugh have both passed fitness tests on Thursday morning and will take their places in an unchanged Blues team to face Leinster Lions at Cardiff Arms Park on Friday night.
After a final run-out at the Arms Park coach David Young said,
"This match is a big test for us. We have been improving steadily in recent weeks but we realise that performance is one thing, but a result something else altogether.
"We need a win, there's no hiding from that fact, and I am confident that the team is ready for the challenge.
"We have worked on our lineout this week and if our scrum does as well as it did against Sale Sharks then we are in with a real chance of a good result."
