Having already engaged with more than 55,000 people across the region this year - and counting - Cardiff Rugby Community Foundation is set for another busy half term with the return of their regular Rugby Camps at the Arms Park.
The Foundation team have enjoyed a record-breaking 2022, but are not done yet as they now host rugby camps that will be open to people of all ages and abilities.
With only limited spaces still available, Monday will kick off a three-day celebration of grassroots rugby at the home of Cardiff Rugby, with the rugby camp open to children aged 6-14.
The following day, Cardiff will host a Girls Rugby Camp, and are encouraging future Blue and Blacks to attend and follow in the footsteps of the likes of Manon Johnes, who was a regular member at the club’s camps before becoming a full Welsh international.
Both sessions will include a fun-filled day of rugby, held by our community coaches!
On Wednesday, Cardiff will be welcoming the next generation of stars who are looking to take the next steps in their career. The Elite Rugby Camp - open to players aged 14-16 - will include in-depth sessions on skill development, strength and conditioning, nutrition and team building, with Cardiff players in attendance to give their top tips on how to become a professional.
