Supporters are advised that Cardiff Blues will be holding a presentation on the field post match on Saturday afternoon to mark those players leaving the region, hand out caps and the end of season awards.
Fans are encouraged to stay after the final whistle of the Zebre fixture and give the players a send-off as we invite those players who will be leaving Blues onto the field to receive a gift to recognise their time at the region.
Commemorative caps will also be issued to those players who have played their 50th or 100th game for Cardiff Blues this season.
Finally, fans can watch as we name the Peter Thomas Player of the Season, Players’ Player of the Season, Academy Player of the Season and Most Promising Player of the Season.
