Cardiff Blues launched their new 2018-19 home and alternate Macron jerseys today at Summerfest.
Virtually the entire first team squad were in attendance at Cardiff Arms Park as supporters were given the first glimpse of the Blues new strip on a fun-filled family day.
Jarrod Evans, Owen Lane, Tomos Williams, Willis Halaholo and Rey Lee-Lo all took part in the grand reveal on the day, while Lane and Halaholo were joined by Gareth Anscombe and Ellis Jenkins in the official photos.
The home jersey sees a return to traditional hoops in light blue and navy, with two light blue stripes along the sides, featuring the name of every club within the Cardiff Blues region.
This continues the Blues’ commitment to the entire region with the #StrengthThroughUnity hashtag used throughout the Season Membership and retail campaigns.
The garment is Body Fit and the main fabric is Armevo. The kit is finished off with navy shorts with two pale blue stripes on the sides and navy blue socks with three pale blue horizontal stripes.
The alternate jersey sees a return to white with thin light blue and navy hoops throughout.
Both jerseys are now available on pre-sale, while much of the teamwear range is already available to purchase in store.
Cardiff Blues will once again wear a third jersey in Europe, which will be launched ahead of their return to the Champions Cup
