Cardiff Blues coach Paul John was last night (Tuesday) named the Coach of the Year at the Principality Premiership Awards Dinner for his continued work with champions Pontypridd.
John, who joined the coaching team at Blues in January, combined his work as Attack Coach at the Arms Park with his role at Pontypridd.
And his work at the double Principality Premiership and Cup champions was rewarded this week.
A Principality Premiership Dream XV, voted for by the Principality Premiership coaches was also revealed with Cardiff Blues fly half Simon Humberstone named in the number ten jersey after his playing success at Pontypridd.
