Stewart Wright had the marquee transfixed with his unmissable Voices of Rugby routine, which climaxed with Jim Telfer’s famous 1997 Lions speech with Ieuan Evans and Keith Wood in the room.

While the highlight of the day was undoubtedly an awe-inspiring Q&A with Ed Jackson.

And the 350 in attendance certainly dug deep as more than £15,000 was raised for the Foundation, the equivalent of 300 Health and Wellbeing sessions or 150 enrichment sessions of those living with dementia.

This ensures the foundation can continue inspiring, engaging and improving opportunities for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities in the Cardiff Rugby region, truly proving there is a jersey for all.

Foundation director, Nadine Griffiths said: “This really was a fantastic event to mark our 10 year anniversary. It was great to see old and new faces in the room, joining us on our mission to make a difference.

“Without the kind and generous supporters of this event and our corporate partners we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. We are set to engage over 80,000 people through our programmes this year, engaging, supporting and most of all bringing hope to people in our communities that need it most.”
