Cardiff Blues will take on Gloucester Rugby in the European Challenge Cup quarter-finals on Saturday, April 1 (8.05pm).
Danny Wilson's men qualified for the knockout stages by winning five of their six fixtures in Pool Four.
In conjunction with Cardiff Blues Supporters Club, Wales' Capital Region will be running busses to the West Country with further details to be released in due course.
