Cardiff Blues under-18 have confirmed their side to take on Dragons as they wrap up their block of fixtures at The Wern this evening (KO 7.15pm).
Craig Everett and Dan Fish’s side have maintained a 100 per cent record heading into the encounter, having completed a double over Scarlets last week while also recording a convincing win against Dragons at Ystrad Mynach.
A number of players are recalled into the side, with Louie Hennessey-Booth reunited with Ryan Wilkins in midfield. The centres have crossed for a combined eight tries in three fixtures, despite Hartpury College pupil Hennessey-Booth being rested last time out.
Gwilym Evans returns to the number seven jersey to captain the side, and links up with Mackenzie Martin, who has had an impressive campaign, and Kian Evans in the back row.
Merthyr product Chad Powell has been drafted in at scrum half to partner Jacob Symes, while Cameron Winnett, Iwan Pyrs-Jones and Amir Saleh complete the backline.
Hooker Harri Williams returns to partner Rhys Barratt and Owen Hatherill in the front row, with Tom Caple and Tirion Bowen forming the second row.
The likes of Zak Fifield and Harrison James provide firepower from the bench, having impressed to date.
