Three further Cardiff Blues academy products feature in the squad in the form of Leigh Halfpenny, Rhys Patchell and Rhys Carré.
Warren Gatland has made a total of two changes from the quarter final victory over Les Bleus, with full back Halfpenny drafted in to replace injured Saracens star, Liam Williams.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Davies returns to the number 13 jersey, having missed out on the French encounter with an injury.
