Cardiff Blues are delighted to announce a new partnership with local estate agents CPS Homes, who will feature on this season's Blues kit
Founded in 2000 in a small Cathays office by local students, Emma and Barrie James, the company’s honest and frank approach, coupled with excellent knowledge of the Cardiff area, took them from strength to strength. Within a few years, they had opened further branches in Cardiff Bay and Roath.
Their most recent venture has been to bring a new look and feel to the term ‘estate agents’. As featured in Cardiff Life magazine and The Property Mail, their new Cathays branch has received local acclaim for its fresh, professional and friendly appeal.
CPS Homes has over 13 years experience in Cardiff lettings and management. In recent years the company have specialised in ‘buy-to-let’ advice for clients wanting to expand or begin their rental portfolio.
Emma explains the process: “We find properties for clients in a position to buy, organise architects and plans, forecast rental income and supervise main building contractors – all in addition to the usual services of finding tenants and signing tenancy agreements, as well as looking after the rent, maintenance and day-to-day running of the property. If Building and Council Regulations put somebody off making that step into property investment, our in-house development and House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) specialists are on-hand to help them, whatever the query.”
Earlier this year CPS Homes opened their doors to residential sales across Cardiff.
“Due to our lettings roots, we’ve long been selling investment properties, so we felt it was time to extend our services to residential homes,” Emma says. “We’ve already had some lovely feedback from clients using us, and for us, that’s what it’s all about!”
