Cardiff Blues will be holding a special evening on Tuesday 7th May, 7.30pm allowing supporters to meet Cardiff Blues' Lions
This historic Lions' 125th Year Anniversary Tour to Hong Kong & Australia will uniquely kick off with a first ever Lions v the Barbarians match, in Hong Kong on Saturday 1st June in the Hong Kong Stadium.
With a number of strong performances for their region and country Cardiff Blues will hope to have their share of players on the much anticipated trip. The 2013 British and Irish Lions squad will be announced on Tuesday 30th April and following that announcement Cardiff Blues will confirm their line up for the free question and answer session. The evening starts at 7.30pm in the Cardiff Arms Park clubhouse.
Following the first match in Hong Kong, the Lions then head to Australia and land in Perth for their match against Super 15 team, the Western Force, at Patersons Stadium on Wednesday 5th June. The Lions then head east to Brisbane where they will face the Queensland Reds.
Following these matches against Western Force and Queensland Reds the Lions face a combined NSW/QLD side, the NSW Waratahs and the ACT Brumbies.
The Lions then return to Brisbane for the 1st Test against the Qantas Wallabies at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday 22nd June, where twelve years ago the Lions won their 1st Test, by 29 points to 13.
Hopes will be high as the Lions head south to 'sports capital' Melbourne for their game against the Melbourne Rebels on Tuesday 25th June.
The second test takes place at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday 29th June. The third and final Lions' Test v the Qantas Wallabies takes place in Sydney on Saturday 6th July.
All the matches will be shown live in the Arms Park Clubhouse.
