Cardiff Athletic Club is a popular venue for people to meet pre and post match on international match days
In the interest of fairness to CAC members, we will be implementing a Guest Pass policy.
The following policy will therefore apply for the Wales v Argentina international game on Saturday 10th November 2012.
A total of 60 CAC Members Guest Passes will be available for each international game. These will be issued on a first come basis.
Guest Passes are only available to CAC Members and must be used with the members CAC membership card.
A member will, subject to availability, be given the opportunity to receive TWO Guest Passes.
Guest Passes will be available from Karl Williams and must be collected by the member. No passes will be posted.
Entry and exit for the Members Bar on international games will be through the rear doors [groundside]. The front entrance will only be used for access to the public bar in the Gareth Edwards Lounge.
Please Note:
• The capacity of the Members Bar is limited and entry is subject to available space. A Guest Pass, like a membership card, does not guarantee entry or re-entry to the Members Bar.
• A Guest Pass is only valid for the specified international game and is non-transferable to any other international game day.
• Cardiff RFC Limited reserves the right to refuse entry at any time or to ask a person to leave the Members Bar if they fail to observe any policy or rules of CAC.
