The Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series explodes into life at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park on Saturday, August 15 - and hosts Cardiff Blues will kick-off the event when they face Ospreys in the tournament opener.
The annual 7s competition - now in its sixth season - is back at the home of the Cardiff Blues for a second successive season in August.
Group A will see the four Welsh regions go head-to-head in an exciting afternoon of summer derby rugby – with Cardiff Blues looking to reproduce the form that saw them crowned Welsh champions last season.
Two of the four Welsh regional sides will then qualify for the Series Final at the Twickenham Stoop on Friday, August 28.
The fixtures for the opening round of the tournament were revealed at BT Tower in London on Friday.

3.40pm - Newport Gwent Dragons 7s v Scarlets 7s
4:10pm - Newport Gwent Dragons 7s v Ospreys 7s
4:35pm - Cardiff Blues 7s v Scarlets 7s
5:05pm - Ospreys 7s v Scarlets 7s
5:30pm - Cardiff Blues 7s v Newport Gwent Dragons 7s
