Our best wishes go to Robin Sowden-Taylor who suffered an ankle fracture dislocation and ligament damage in the match against the Ospreys.
Robin was rushed to the University of Wales Hospital Cardiff where he had a plate placed on the fibula and the deltoid ligament repaired. He will bein a cast and on crutches for six weeks and reviewed by the surgeon.
Robin is now back home and in good spirits and is very positive in his view to recovery.
Robin said "The help I received from everyone at the Heath has been awesome and I'm determined to get back as soon as possible. I'd like to give a special thanks to all the medical staff and especially Rhys Thomas, and Richard Evans and John Williams who acted so quickly at the Liberty Stadium and in the hospital. I'd also like to thank all the fans for all their encouragement and support."
