The Amateur Blues fell at the third hurdle last night as they lost 27-13 to the Dragons region at Beddau RFC.
The Amateur Blues have previously defeated Ospreys 22-15 at Dunvant and Scarlets 19-8 at Stradey Park.
The Dragons came into the encounter having won three matches already.
