Cardiff Blues' hooker Andrew Lewis has received the all-clear after injuring his jaw against Leicester Tigers last Saturday.
Lewis picked up the injury from a stray elbow in the first minute of the match and couldn't open his mouth on the journey back to south Wales on Saturday. However an x-ray has confirmed that nothing is broken. Director of coaching David Young said,
"It's a relief to know that there's nothing seriously wrong. Alp has been advised to avoid contact in training for a couple of days but he should be alright by the time we select the side to play Leinster. With our other hooker Gareth Williams reporting no ill-effects after his first match since last January we should be picking from strength ahead of our trip to Dublin."
