Wing Lee Abdul was the hero as he scored four tries in the Blues 43-6 demolition of the Ospreys at Cardiff Arms Park.
Jamie Robinson claimed the side's other two tries as the Ospreys were toppled off the top of the Celtic League in spectacular fashion.
Coach David Young said:
"We have been improving week-by-week and this is the reward the team deserved. But we must keep our feet on the ground - there is still much work to do."
