Cardiff Blues' Gold Members have been treated to an exclusive insight into the life of the Cardiff Blues squad.
They were invited to a behind-the-scenes look at a training day at the state-of-the-art facilities in the Vale resort and the iconic Cardiff Arms Park.
As well as rubbing shoulders with their rugby heroes, there was an opportunity to sit-in on an analysis review from head coach, John Mulvhill and defence coach, Richard Hodges, who unveiled the tactical work that went into last week's thrilling bonus point win over Scarlets.
The tour caps off a successful inaugural year of Gold Membership, a package which also included a 2018/19 Cardiff Blues Macron jersey, tickets to the live recording of the Cardiff Blues podcast, a place at the European Q&A session in the Arms Park changing rooms and more.
