Alun Lawrence is a Cardiff Rugby academy graduate, who can play across the back row.
While he was in and out of the first team for the first three seasons, Lawrence enjoyed a breakthrough season in 2020/21, making 13 appearances across all competitions.
Lawrence came into the starting lineup once again towards the latter stages of the 23/24 season and proved his worth as a mature and reliable back rower. Lawrence signed a new deal off the back of his stellar performances.
