Crowds return to Cardiff Arms Park tomorrow and it’s not only top class rugby on offer at our iconic home.
Despite international call-ups, Dai Young has named a strong side for the encounter, which will see supporters allowed to fill the stands and terraces again for the first time since early December.
The United Rugby Championship clash between the Blue and Blacks and reigning champions Leinster, is undoubtedly the main event but there is also plenty on offer around the ground.
Gates open at 18:05 so make sure you arrive early to make the most of the pre-match atmosphere and our opening Happy Hour. Rue de la Cocotte will be providing French street food along with our usual burger vans and bars.
Cor y Gleision and Cardiff Arms Park Male Choir will also be entertaining supporters, with CAPMC singing outside the clubhouse at half-time with a special performance in respect of Billy Woods and Brian Bennett, who recently passed away.
There is also lots going on for young supporters with the Kid Zone back (located behind the clubhouse), a player signing including Kris Dacey, Luke Scully, Liam Belcher and Jason Harries at 7pm and a number of giveaways.
We are also delighted to welcome Abercynon RFC, Gilfach RFC, Old illtydians RFC, Barry RFC as our flag bearers, who will also face off in Tag Rugby at half-time.
The break in play will also see a special presentation made to the six non-contracted players , who came to the club’s aid for the Heineken Champions Cup showdowns with Toulouse and Harlequins in December.
