In the first round of the U18s girls regional Championship, Cardiff Blues girls beat local rivals, Ospreys with an impressive 36-0 win. The Blues U18s girls started the game on the front foot, pinning the Ospreys in their half for the majority of the game.
The Blues girls showed their dominance throughout the game with Sam Morris, Taylor Scurlock and Sophie Waugh gaining a number of tries before half time. The Blues girls will now face Newport Gwent Dragons in the second round of the Regional Championship.
The second round will see a double header being held at Nelson RFC and is sure to be an entertaining afternoon. Cardiff Blues U18s Girls will kick off the double header on Sunday 26th January at 1pm as they search for their second win.
