Ben Warren will depart Cardiff Blues at the end of the season, after signing a two-year deal with Ospreys.
The young prop has come through the age grade and academy pathway with Cardiff Blues, having previously represented Rhondda Schools and Ystrad Rhondda RFC.
Academy member Warren, who has featured for Wales under-20 over the last two years, also represented Cardiff Blues' A team in the Celtic Cup.
On behalf of the club, academy manager Gruff Rees said: "Ben departs with our very best wishes. We've been proud to see the way he's developed at the club over the years, and that remains true for all players whether their future is here at Cardiff Arms Park or elsewhere.
"We're blessed with a very competitive front row unit, but this is a good opportunity for Ben to go out and test himself in a new environment.
"We want to thank Ben for his efforts, both at age grade and academy level, over the years."
