Pre-season training is well under way for David Young's squad.
Although eight players are currently in training with Wales as preparations for the World Cup warm ups in August continue, the rest of the Cardiff Blues squad are preparing for the new campaign which opens against Gloucester on Saturday 25th August with pre-season conditioning.
Last week the squad trained with Academy players at Treforest before heading off to Castel Coch for a hill running session. This week supporters had the chance to watch the squad train at Llanharan RFC with an open session allowing one and all to get the first glimpse of Tito, Spice and Rees in Blues colours.
There will be a second open training session at Taffs Well RFC on Monday starting at 6.30pm.
