This Thursday the Cardiff Blues Supporters Quarter will host popular folk band- Peel Your Own Spuds.
The band which has played previously at Cardiff City Stadium, are returning by popular demand, and will provide entertainment pre match, before the Blues battle it out against Connacht in the Magners League (7.05 K.O).
It will be the first time that the band have publically performed their long awaited single, “Fare thee well.” The song features an impressive 9 instruments, including a mandolin, tin whistle and fiddle. From Thursday, the song will be available to download from I Tunes.
Speaking ahead of the performance band member Tom Flanelly said “ We love playing at the Cardiff City Stadium and always get a brilliant reception from supporters- it seemed like an obvious place to officially launch the new single.”
Gates to the Supporters Quarter (located behind the Canton Stand) will open from 5.30pm, all supporters are welcome.
