The number eight, spent seven seasons with Wales’ Capital Region, making 153 appearances during a period in which he won the Amlin Challenge Cup and the EDF Energy Cup.
Since retiring Rush has built an impressive global property portfolio and has recently opened Cardiff’s first hair transplant clinic – Headquarters.
He discusses the Rugby World Cup, his business interests, Cardiff Blues and international career and dishes the dirt on his former teammates in this hilarious podcast with Karl Kruger Williams at Capital FM Studios in Cardiff Bay.
