Fly half Callum Hall will captain Cardiff Blues Under-18s when they face Leicester Tigers at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon (kick-off 2pm).
The coaching team at Cardiff Blues ring the changes from the side that drew 19-19 with Wasps last week as they look to utilise the 35-man playing squad.
Blues Under-18s are also in action against Munster on Friday 22nd August (kick-off 1pm).
