Gareth Williams has named five Cardiff Blues youngsters in his Wales under 20 squad for the upcoming Six Nations campaign.
There is a first call-up for full-back, Ioan Davies, who featured for Wales' Capital Region in the Syft International Challenge win over Uruguay earlier this season. Davies has also featured for Cardiff RFC and Cardiff University this season.
Scrum half, Jamie Hill, has also been given the nod, and is joined by forwards Ben Warren, Cameron Lewis and Teddy Williams.
Williams' 32-man squad has been boosted by experience from the likes of Tommy Reffell, Harri Morgan, Taine Basham and Tiaan Thomas-Wheeler.
Wales kick off their campaign underway with a trip to Vannes on Sunday, February 3, where they will face France, while their home clashes against England and Ireland will once again be held at Stadiwm Zip World, Colwyn Bay.
Ahead of his first campaign as Wales under-20 coach, Williams said: "This is the first selection point gearing towards the World Cup when looking at the bigger picture.
"I've been really impressed with the boys attitude and not just the players who have been successful in making the squad.
"We've also got an injured group of players and a training group as well as the Six Nations squad and all have been exemplary. We've had three camps with 60 players and the competitive nature of all ensures no-one can rest on their laurels as competition for places across the board has been intense.
"All of the coaching group, which includes Dai Flanagan [attack], Richard Kelly [forwards] and Andrew Bishop [defence] were mightily impressed by the effort the boys put in and we're all now eagerly waiting to get the campaign underway in France."
