Blues winger Chris Czekaj will line up against England for Wales in the opening match of the U21 Six Nations Championship at Sixways Stadium, Worcester on Friday 3rd February (kick off 8.05pm).
Czekaj, who has won full international honours, returns to Chris Daveys side to win his 11th U21 cap.
As a key member of the Wales U21 Grand Slam winning team, Czekaj will be keen to equal last year's triumph and emulate the senior side's success of 2005 by winning the Grand Slam again.
There are five new caps in the squad, including Cardiff's highly rated loosehead prop Rhys Gill. Plus Blues Academy players Jamie Roberts, Rhys Shellard, Duane Goodfield and Dafydd Hewitt are also included.
