Winger Alex Cuthbert and fly half Gareth Anscombe are among five players released back to the Cardiff Blues by the Wales national squad this week.
Cuthbert, Anscombe, Kristian Dacey, Scott Andrews and Cory Allen have all been made available for selection for Friday night’s home Guinness PRO12 clash with Connacht Rugby at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park (kick-off 7.35pm).
The players will re-join the national squad next Monday (March 9) ahead of the home game with Ireland.
