Cardiff Rugby's Josh Adams and Josh Navidi have been recalled into the British and Irish Lions' starting line-up as Warren Gatland's side continue preparations ahead of the three-game series against South Africa.
The tour moves to Cape Town this week as the Lions, led by skipper Conor Murray, take on South Africa A on Wednesday (KO 7.00pm BST).
Adams, who has eight tries in three appearances on tour to date, returns to the wing to form a back three alongside Louis Rees-Zammit and Anthony Watson.
Navidi, who was a late call-up to the touring party, made his debut against C Cell Sharks last week and has earned his place on the blindside for the Cape Town Stadium clash. He is joined in the back row by Sale Sharks' Tom Curry and Wales team-mate Taulupe Faletau.
Elsewhere, Dan Biggar and Chris Harris join Watson as the only players to retain their starting spots following Saturday's second victory over Sharks, with a total of 12 changes made by head coach Gatland.
Following Wednesday's encounter, Lions will take on Stormers in their final warm up before a three-game series against World Champions, Springboks.
“We’re pleased to have arrived in Cape Town as we near the halfway stage of the Series,” said Gatland.
“Wednesday’s game against South Africa ‘A’ will be our toughest encounter since we arrived here and we’re looking forward to it. We expect them to be physical in the contact area and look to test us at scrum time.”
“I think we’ve benefitted from playing at altitude in the first three games. While the boys have felt it in their lungs, they’ll be all the better for it now we’re at sea level.
“As we move towards the business end of the Tour, it’s pleasing to see so many players putting in some stand-out performances. As coaches we want the players to make Test selection as hard as possible and that’s we’re seeing.”
