Cardiff Blues have today published their new three-year strategy – the Cardiff Blues Way.
The document, which will be available in both English and Welsh, clearly details the company’s core cultural values and strategic objectives.
Cardiff Blues chairman, Alun Jones and chief executive, Richard Holland will present the Cardiff Blues Way and meet supporters at a fans’ forum on January 16, with further details to be confirmed imminently.
Cardiff Blues Richard Holland said: “We had planned to go through the Cardiff Blues Way at the upcoming company General Meeting, but due to the time of year (December 31) and the need to vote on a number of resolutions, we wanted to ensure there is sufficient time to discuss all relevant issues with supporters.
“A significant amount of work has gone into this strategy document and we are delighted to now make it public.
“We have pencilled in January 16, for a fans forum, and will communicate further details shortly. This will be in addition to the company AGM and will give all supporters the opportunity to meet Alun and myself.
“We now have a clear strategy, vision and culture for Cardiff Blues are I am very excited about the future.
“Everything we do ties directly into these values and objectives, as I am sure you would have seen from our recent output.
“We look forward to meeting all of our shareholders and supporters in the coming weeks and hope you all enjoy a restful Christmas with your loved ones before joining us on Boxing Day.”
