This October half term Capital Rugby will be hosting coaching courses at two rugby clubs in the Cardiff Blues region. Young players between the ages 8-14 are invited to take part in the courses to develop their skills with talented rugby coaches.
On Monday 25th & Tuesday 26th October courses will be held at Canton RFC. On Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th October courses will be held at St. Peters RFC. The courses begin at 9.30am on each day and will run until 12 midday.
All rugby players must have a ticket to take part in the courses. A ticket costs just £5 and can be purcahsed in advance from the Cardiff Blues ticket office. This ticket entitles you to play in all four coaching courses PLUS you receive a FREE junior ticket for Blues v Scarlets on Sunday 7th November 2004. Junior season ticket holders can use this ticket to bring a friend.
