Due to huge demand the Cardiff Blues have received an additional allocation of tickets priced at £18 for this Saturdays EDF Energy Cup semi final match against the Ospreys.
Ticket sales have been very strong with the Blues selling a further 500 tickets on their website last night.
Cardiff Blues are leading the way on ticket sales and it is expected that there will be more Blues supporters in the Millennium Stadium than any of the other three teams competing.
Speaking ahead of the match Abigail Gibbins, Cardiff Blues Ticket Office Manager, said:
Weve worked closely with the Millennium Stadium to cater for our supporters ticket requirements and are pleased to have received another batch of £18 tickets having sold our original allocation.
The demand for tickets has been great so we have gone to great effort to make sure that we still have £18 and £28 tickets available for our fans.
Clubs and schools from around the region have also been making group ticket bookings with Dinas Powys RFC purchasing 24 tickets, Rhiwbina RFC - 40 tickets, Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Aberdar - 93 tickets, St Cadocs Primary - 43 tickets and Ysgol Llanfair Careinion - 52 tickets.
Many of the organisations that have purchased tickets for the game have done so using our cash-back scheme.
This scheme enables clubs and schools to claim money back on tickets sold, it also gives them the opportunity to win rugby training gear and coaching sessions with the Blues added Abigail Gibbins.
Cardiff Blues players will be in St Davids Centre on Thursday and Friday between 1pm and 2pm helping to promote the match - tickets will also be available to buy from the Blues stand in the shopping centre on both days.
If you cant make it down to St Davids Centre, tickets are available by calling the Cardiff Blues Ticket Office on 029 2030 2030 or
