Following the celebrations of the weekend Welsh rugby fans can look forward to another red hot Welsh derby this Good Friday when the Cardiff Blues take on Llanelli Scarlets at Stradey Park, possibly for the last before they move into their new stadium.

David Young has made three changes to the side that kept their Magners League title hopes alive with a thrilling last minute win against Munster.
Nick Macleod, Scott Morgan and T Rhys Thomas all return to the starting XV. Having worked hard in rehab on his shoulder injury Marc Stcherbina returns on the bench and is joined by Dai Flanagan who has also recovered from a fractured bone in his hand. Martyn Williams, Gethin Jenkins and Tom Shanklin are all rested after last Saturdays heroics.
