Henson and Lewis to start against Quins
Gavin Henson and Lewis Jones will both start for Cardiff Blues when they take on Harlequins on Sunday 5 February, 1pm kick off.
Dafydd Hewitt has pulled out of the starting XV with hamstring strain picked up in training and is replaced at inside centre by Gavin Henson, who has returned from the Wales camp.
At scrum half Richie Rees was forced to withdraw with a calf strain and is replaced by Lewis Jones who moves up from the bench. Young Cardiff RFC scrum half Sion Hopkins moves onto the bench
