The draw for the 2017/18 Blues Cup has been announced, after the launch took place at Hensol Castle on Monday.
The full draw can be found on the Blues Cup page, but here is a brief look at the competition's format and key dates.
U12, U13, U14
Due to the high number of entries, the competition will follow a pool format where teams have been drawn into one of eight pools in each age group.
Each pool will be made up of 3/4 Clubs with teams playing each other once in a home or away fixture.
Each team will play in designated home and away fixtures.
The Top placed team in each group will qualify for the quarter final of the Blues Cup.
Second place team in each group will qualify for the quarter final of the Blues Plate.

U15
Entering teams have been drawn into two conferences (Sky and Navy). Each conference played over one day with Conferences split into two further pools.
The winner from each pool (Winner Pool 1 and 2 of Navy conference and winner pool 1 and 2 of Sky conference) progresses to Finals day at CAP for a round robin competition.
“Game On” Menu is applied, allowing teams to play with 10 – 15 players with variable rules to suit personnel.
