BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park is seeking to appoint a full time Bar/Barista staff for [The Lounge].
As a member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering top quality service and ensuring all non- alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are presented to our high standards.
The role involves keeping the bar and front-of-house area clean and tidy at all times. You will be expected to keep up to date with current promotions and new products, as well as adhere to all company policies, procedures and licensing laws. We would encourage you to get involved and contribute to our team.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be professional and well presented - able to communicate clearly with people at all levels. You should be a self-motivated team player able to work unsupervised in a busy environment. You'll have to be confident, friendly and reliable. An interest and enjoyment for the coffee culture would be beneficial.
Please note that you will need flexible regarding working hours and available to work on weekends. Pervious barista or bar experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
