This weekend the Arms Park will be hosting more than its fair share of exciting rugby action.
On Friday Cardiff Blues will be keen to record their second double of the season when they play Glasgow in the Celtic League. Two days later future stars of the Blues will take to the field when clubs from all over the region participate in an Under 8 Tag tournament. The pitch will be split into quarters, with each team receiving coaching tips from Cardiff Blues players.
Ahead of the tournament on Sunday, Llandaff North and Fairwater will get the chance to familiarise themselves with the surroundings at the Arms Park as they entertain the crowd in the regular half time Tag demonstration during the Cardiff Blues v Glasgow game.
