We're all set to turn up the volume when Cardiff Blues face Glasgow Warriors this Friday night at the Arms Park - with 5,000 pairs of special pink Bang Bang Sticks being given away to fans on the gate!

Face stencils will be available at each entrance – to make sure you look the part – and a player signing session will take place in the Heineken Fanzone at 7.15pm.
